I have quite a bit of experience in AutoCAD. I've been using it since version R12. I have been keeping up with it, and currently use version 2006. I can draft 2D and 3D drawings, and I can do them at a speed that you wouldn't think is possible!
I've done a lot of detail work - Details showing construction of eaves, window sills, foundations, wall construction, and more.
Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures to show here now, due to a hard disk crash I had earlier this year. But, here are some things I've salvaged...
I drew this picture in AutoCAD 2000, and rendered it. This was all done on a Pentium II with only 64MB of ram, so I had to abandon the project when the computer got too slow and crashed.
